How can I edit all of my music information and album art?

I want to keep a running list of songs that i want to get on my ipod touch using the “notes” app that is already on my touch.
After adding a note you should just be able to touch the note you added, then once it goes to the next screen, the keypad will come up and you can add or delete details. Hope this helps.
How do you edit notes so that i can add songs or delete them as time goes on?
Do you mean by just using the Notes App on the main screen?
Also, I downloaded a free app called “To Do’s”, and I keep my song lists in there so I can download them later.

All u have to do is go to NOtES open the note u wrote and just tap the keyboard pops up.
