How can I update/edit an embedded worksheet in Excel after I share the workbook?

The software behind it comes from Adobe who make some of the best commercial ($$$) photo and video editors. Also check out Jaycut which allows you to export and save your videos!
Anyone can pay to have a book/story edited and published: in the industry, its known as ‘self love’ (more than anyone else will) gratuitous publishing? a term something like that…

While the time frame seems decent, it also seems much too fast and for too high a price. A quality editor will spend at least a month (at least 2-3 is ideal) and charge you anywhere from $500 to $2,000 depending on the editor.
I would be leer of whomever is charging this much and for such a fast turnaround. I smell trouble with this one.
I tried to do it on the movie maker on my computer, but for some reason, it doesn’t recognize my san disk memory chip.
There are parts I would like to cut out because its too long.
I don’t want to upload it then edit it. I want to do it before all of that is done.

Photobucket is a great web based and FREE editing tools.
If you need/want more features downloading VideoSpin, VideoPad or VideoThang are great options. Still free, but you have to download the software. For under $100 you can buy Adobe Premiere Elements.
There is also new freeware version of Windows Movie Maker that works on Windows Vista, XP and even Windows 7. Microsoft has added and deleted features from each version and this version has all the features from each version plus some extras.
